Sex on the Beach - the Two-coloured Mirage

 Mostly known as a highball, but it's truly not. The peach liqueur does matter, although the mix without it still tastes good. Based on my experience behind the bar, 2 out of 3 women will want me to make Sex on the Beach cocktail, when they come to order. It is that because, it has soft sweet nature more like a fresh juice rather than cocktail. This is why I do not recommend it, you should think about something bitter.

Recipe of Sex on the Beach

1 and 1/3 oz - Vodka ( Preferably of Pineapple origin )
2/3 oz - Peach Schnapps
1 and 1/3 oz - Pineapple juice
1 and 1/3 oz - Cranberry juice

Mixing the ingredients

Pick a glass by choice and chill it down. Shake together everything, but the cranberry juice. Pour in the chilled glass. Now pick the bar-spoon and get ready to build second layer. If you do not know the technique, first learn how to make layered cocktails. If you didn't saw it on time, just pour over the ice cubes and it will make a fancy effect. Try to sip from the both layers at once with a straw and see what happens ..
